First Citizens National Bank Mortgage

Monique joined First Citizens National Bank Division of Park National Bank in January 2023 as AVP & Branch Manager in Collierville. In November 2023, she was promoted to Community Relations Specialist for the bank.

Richardson is now a recent graduate of the ORIGINATOR™ program and has earned the XINNIX Certified Originator Designation (XCO). She is a qualified Mortgage Loan Originator primarily serving Shelby County.

She currently works with Memphis Area CRA (Community Reinvestment Act) Association to help address the economic needs of low- to moderate-income individuals and families in Memphis & Shelby County.

She and her husband moved to Bartlett in 2016 upon his retirement from the US military. They have three daughters and two grandchildren.
